Checklist for Hospitalisation

A whole list of laboratory examinations that are needed for hospitalisation to the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan

  • Complete blood count (valid for two weeks)

  • Urinalysis (valid for two weeks)

  • Fecal egg count (valid for two weeks)

  • Result of HIV test (valid for three months)

  • Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B (valid for a month)

  • RW analysis (valid for two weeks)

  • Liver Function Test(ALT/ AST, bilirubin, urea, creatinine, cholesterol, gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase

  • Alkaline phosphatase, total protein (valid for a month), blood glucose)

  • ECG with a report and interpretation

  • Consultation of a gynecologist for women (valid for a month), the doctor’s report and diagnosis if a patient has it.

  • Measles vaccination certificate with its serial number (for patients younger than 55 years old)

  • Certificate showing that a patient was not in contact with a person having measles (for patients younger than 55 years old)

  • Photofluorography and a report with doctor’s signature (valid for a year)

Important! There may be individual requirements from the department you are hospitalized to. You can get a detailed list of tests from a doctor or at the Sihat RCH Paid services’ admission desk.

  • What to take with you:

  • personal and medical documents

  • personal hygiene products, a change of clothes and shoes

  • cup, spoon and plate

The periods of time when care packages are accepted and the list of permitted products:

Care packages are accepted in a cellophane bag. There must be the full name of the patient to whom it is intended, the department, the ward number, and the date on the care package.

Care packages are accepted in these periods of time :

  • Hospital (building А) – from 09:00 to 14.00 and from 16:00 to 18:30.

  • The perinatal center (building D) – from 09:00 to 14.00 and from 16:00 to 18:00

  • Traumatology center (building B) – from 09:00 to 12.00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

Note! Quiet hours are from 14:00 to 16:00, so it is not allowed to bring food (and other items) at that time.

Permitted foods:

  • Fermented dairy products within expiry dates;

  • Fruits and vegetables (in limited quantities);

Prohibited foods:

  • Meat and sausage products

  • Home-made dairy and fermented milk products

  • Fish products, canned food

  • Salads

  • Mushrooms, berries

  • Watermelons, melons, bananas, grapes

  • Eggs

  • Ice cream

  • Mayonnaise

  • Greens

  • Cakes, pastries

  • Flavored carbonated drinks
