List of Categories of Persons Entitled to Benefits when Receiving Paid Medical Treatment
The following categories of persons are entitled to a 1% discount:
– Participants of the Great Patriotic War;
– Holders of the badge "Resident of Besieged Leningrad";
– Heroes of Socialist Labour;
– Heroes of Labour of the Russian Federation;
– Full Cavalier of the Order of Glory;
– Full Cavalier of the Order of Labour Glory;
– Unremarried Widows and Widowers of the Heroes of Socialist Labour, the Heroes of Labour of the Russian Federation, Full Cavalier of the Order of Glory, Full Cavalier of the Order of Labour Glory regardless of the death date of the Heroes of Socialist Labour, the Heroes of Labour of the Russian Federation, Full Cavalier of the Order of Glory, Full Cavalier of the Order of Labour;
– Honoured Blood Donors of the USSR and the Honoured Donors of the Russian Federation;
– Persons exposed to the radiation due to the Chernobyl accident and those who were considered equal to them;
– Victims of political repressions;
– Rehabilitated persons;
– Military personnel having done their military service for at least 6 months in military units, institutions and academies that were not a part of the standing army from June 22, 1941, to September 3, 1945, and military personnel being awarded orders or medals of the USSR for their service within the period in question;
– Disabled family members of deceased war invalids, participants of the Great Patriotic War, who had been dependent on them and being paid survivors’ pension due to the death of a breadwinner (or if eligible to get a pension);
– Persons who worked during the Great Patriotic War in the air defence system, local air defence, those who worked on the construction of defence facilities, navy bases, airfields, and those who worked on other military installations in the rear of the war front, in the war zones, and on the roads and railways near the war zone;
– Participants of a Special Military Operation on the territory of Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Luhansk People’s Republic that started on 24 February 2022;
– Family members of the participants of a Special Military Operation on the Territory of Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Luhansk People’s Republic that started on 24 February 2022;
– Persons undergoing physical examination to get a medical certificate for training in military occupational specialties in the DOSAAF educational establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan;
– Persons with disabilities belonging to the group I and II;
– Veterans of the Chechen and Afghan wars;
– Veterans of Labour;
– Members of large families;
– Guardians of minor children;
– Medical personnel of the organisation in question;
