How to Claim a Tax Deduction?

To Get a Medical Receipt:

• Ask for it at the department of paid services of the RCH, Orenburgsky trakt st., 138 building «B» - 122 room, building ;«A» - the second floor, at the Perinatal Center - building «D». You must bring along your identity document, the document proving your payment, the service agreement and taxpayer’s identification.

• Order a certificate online. For this, send the request with the specification of your full name, date of birth, deduction period and taxpayer’s identification to this email address spravki-rkb@yandex.ru . Please, provide your phone number in a letter.

It takes up to 7 days to issue a medical receipt. It is then handed to you or sent by mail.

A patient is handed a special document proving their payment to submit to tax authorities of the Russian Federation that is endorsed with the signature and seal of the head of the organisation in accordance with the Appendix №1 approved by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation dated July 25, 2001 No. 289/BG-3-04/256.
